Features
Soft system closing mechanism: The SoftSystem closing damping is comfortable and highly practical in everyday use. When the door is closed, the SoftSystem integrated in the door damps the movement and ensures particularly soft closing even when the door interior is fully loaded. On built-in devices the door closes automatically from an opening angle of around 30°.
Digital temperature display: The precision electronic control system is equipped with a digital temperature display, and provides information on the set values. The door and temperature alarm alerts the user visually and acoustically to any irregularities, e.g. a door that has been left open. The child lock prevents any inadvertent changes to the control panel.
LED Lighting: The innovative LED lighting guarantees the even illumination of the interior without UV exposure. Since minimal heat is generated by the LEDs, wines can be presented bathed in light over a prolonged period of time.
Multi-temperature wine cabinet: Vinothek multi-temperature wine cabinets are particularly suitable for keeping different wines at their respective optimum drinking temperature. Specific temperature zones are achieved through the use of special components.In the upper area, for example, red wine can be cooled at +18°C. At a temperature of +5 °C, the bottom zone is ideal for cooling sparkling wine or champagne. The zone in between is ideal for white wines which should be stored at drinking temperature.
Controllable temperature range: Whether it’s red wine or white, it can only mature properly if it’s kept at the ideal temperature. This can be set to the exact degree using the precise electronic control system and state-of-the-art air conditioning technology, and kept constant however much the ambient temperature varies.
Active charcoal filter: Environmental odours can affect wines stored for longer periods.In the wine cabinets, perfect air quality is ensured through an easily-replaceable FreshAir activated charcoal filter.
Low-vibration Storage: Even slight vibrations can disturb the wine maturing process and prevent the tannins from settling. Specially developed, exceptionally low-vibration compressors in all the wine cabinets mean that the wine is optimally stored.
Ideal humidity:Maintaining the proper humidity is an important aspect for the storage of wines. In this way, corks remain supple and do not dry out. Wine should be stored in a horizontal position to keep the corks moist from the inside. With over 50 % air humidity, wine cabinets guarantee the perfect conditions. The air humidity can be controlled as required in the wine storage cabinets by pressing the ventilation button.
Reversible door hinges: The appliances are factory fitted with door hinges on the right. The reversible door hinges permit optimum use of the appliance wherever it is located.
Vinidor Range: With two or three wine safes that can be precisely regulated from +5°C to +20°C independently of one another, the Vinidor appliances offer maximum flexibility of use. The appliance featuring three wine safes can therefore simultaneously keep red wine, white wine and champagne at their optimum serving temperatures. These appliances also provide the ideal climate conditions for long-term wine storage. Since the wine safes vary in size, and their temperatures can be set with absolute flexibility, these appliances can accommodate any personal selection of wines.
Presentation shelves: The presentation shelf sets off fine wines to perfection and keeps bottles that have already been opened at the optimum temperature. Up to 6 wine bottles can be placed upright on the flexible shelf. Wine bottles can be stored lying down either behind or at the side.
Door alarm: The audible door alarm alerts the user if the door has been open for longer than 60 seconds for safe protection of the food.
Child lock: The child lock is programmed so as to prevent the appliance being inadvertently switched off.A symbol in the MagicEye indicates when the child lock is switched on.

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Where Do we Deliver?
At Chilled Solution we offer free delivery on all of our products over £500 which are shipped to the UK mainland's.
There may be some additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Kerbside Delivery:
Kerbside delivery means the items that you purchased will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the goods onto a safe and secure kerbside location.
On The Day Of Delivery:
Our courier partner will aim to deliver your items between 9am and 5pm. The driver will also call you prior to arrival.
Please Inform Us About Delivery Obstruction:
It is important to let us know any obstructions or additional instructions that may restrict us delivering to you (for example, tight lanes, restricted access) You can do this by writing in the delivery notes section at checkout or via emailsales@chilledsolution.com. On the rare occasion the delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues and Chilled Solution hasn't been made aware of them, additional charges will be incurred.
Damages and Issues:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery for damage or incorrect items. Please take the item out of it's packaging (do not only inspect the packaging). We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@chilledsolution.com so that we can make this right or open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Signing For the Items:
PLEASE NOTE:It is very important to understand that once the items are signed for we cannot be held responsible for any damaged items. You (the buyer) is required to prove to us the damage was there before delivery, we will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the delivery paperwork.
Regarding Re-delivery:
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the courier will take the goods back and try re-delivery your items at a later date. If you refuse reception in order to have the items delivered at another time without an agreement with Chilled Solution on this, this is also considered a re-delivery. The price for a re-delivery is £100 + VAT.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hoursof placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Chilled Solution will only accept cancellations as listed bellow:
If the Buyer cancels after goods have been dispatched, we will levy our costs from the refund. Please note this can be as much as 50% of the product value.
If the goods have been used and installed by the Buyer or his Agent then the goods will be deemed non-returnable and the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery costs will apply for the collection of the appliance, these will be calculated at the time depending on weight and location.
Product Warranty:
Dependent on the Manufacturer you have a 1 to 3 Year Warranty on your products. All warranties must be registered with the manufacturer on their website when you purchase the items.

Works well in awning with ambient up to over 30°. Ice cream is icecream amd not mouse. Beer refreshing cold. Freezer reaching -15 fridge 5 without any problems. Only gripe is bluetooth only connects to one phone would prefer 2.

Great fridge. Just the right size for 2 of us and camping trips. Fits full size water and wine bottles in perfectly. The App to control is more useful than I expected too. I can turn n it on to cool down without stepping out of the house! Good service from Chilled Solution too. Had a faulty power lead but they got a replacement out tout de suite.
