At Chilled Solution, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you're getting the best possible deal. If you find one of our products cheaper on a UK competitor’s website, we’ll match or beat that price—simple as that.

How to Qualify for a Price Match

To be eligible, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be identical—same brand, model, size, colour, finish, and style.

  • The product must be in stock on both our website and the competitor’s website.

  • The competitor's price must include delivery costs, and must be publicly visible online in GBP (£).

  • The competitor must be a UK-based, online-only retailer (no physical stores).

  • The item must be full price (not on sale or clearance).

  • The competitor must not be a marketplace or auction site (e.g. Amazon, eBay).

  • The competitor must not be a supermarket or wholesale outlet.

  • The price match applies to a maximum of 3 items per order.

Exclusions

  • Discount codes, vouchers, cashback, bundle deals, or promotional extras (like free samples) do not apply.

  • Price matches cannot be applied after purchase—you must request it before placing your order.

  • We reserve the right to decline a price match if it would result in a loss or unsustainable profit margin.

How to Request a Price Match

Simply email us at sales@chilledsolution.com with:

  • The product name and link on our website

  • A link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price

  • Any other relevant information to support your request

Once approved, we’ll send you a custom checkout link with the matched (or better) price so you can complete your order.

Fair Use Policy

We strive to offer our best prices, but we also reserve the right to:

  • Refuse a price match that results in significant loss

  • End this offer at any time without prior notice
