- Flexible Interior And Adjustable Temperature: Both beverages and foodstuffs such as grilled vegetables, sauces or meat can be optimally stored in the Outdoor Cooler: the interior can be flexibly adapted to the height of different foodstuffs, bottle sizes or containers. Depending on requirements, the cooling temperature can be adjusted between +2 °C and +14 °C.
- Maximum Ambient Temperature + 2°C to +35°C And Automatic Shut Down Function: Why not extend the barbecue season: our Outdoor Coolers won’t lose steam even at low temperatures. On the contrary: permanent exterior temperatures of +2 °C to +35 °C have no effect on the appliance. If the temperature drops below +2 °C, the appliance automatically shuts down.
- Flexible and Ergonomic Interior Layout: With bottles stored at the bottom, the two storage racks are ideal for smaller packages. The glass shelf on telescopic rails provides an overview of foodstuffs stored at the back. Depending on the size, containers can also be stored on two height-adjustable glass shelves. And a separable glass shelf means that larger and open bottles can easily be stored upright.

Liebherr Standard Kerbside Delivery Information

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@chilledsolution.com so that we can help.
Where Do we Deliver?
At Chilled Solution we offer free delivery on all of our products over £500 which are shipped to the UK mainland's.
There may be some additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Kerbside Delivery:
Kerbside delivery means the items that you purchased will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the goods onto a safe and secure kerbside location.
On The Day Of Delivery:
Our courier partner will aim to deliver your items between 9am and 5pm. The driver will also call you prior to arrival.
Please Inform Us About Delivery Obstruction:
It is important to let us know any obstructions or additional instructions that may restrict us delivering to you (for example, tight lanes, restricted access) You can do this by writing in the delivery notes section at checkout or via email sales@chilledsolution.com. On the rare occasion the delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues and Chilled Solution hasn't been made aware of them, additional charges will be incurred.
Damages and Issues:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery for damage or incorrect items. Please take the item out of it's packaging (do not only inspect the packaging). We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@chilledsolution.com so that we can make this right or open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Signing For the Items:
PLEASE NOTE: It is very important to understand that once the items are signed for we cannot be held responsible for any damaged items. You (the buyer) is required to prove to us the damage was there before delivery, we will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the delivery paperwork.
Regarding Re-delivery:
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the courier will take the goods back and try re-delivery your items at a later date. If you refuse reception in order to have the items delivered at another time without an agreement with Chilled Solution on this, this is also considered a re-delivery. The price for a re-delivery is £100 + VAT.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Chilled Solution will only accept cancellations as listed bellow:
- If the Buyer cancels after goods have been dispatched, we will levy our costs from the refund. Please note this can be as much as 50% of the product value.
- If the goods have been used and installed by the Buyer or his Agent then the goods will be deemed non-returnable and the order cannot be cancelled.
- Delivery costs will apply for the collection of the appliance, these will be calculated at the time depending on weight and location.
Product Warranty:
Dependent on the Manufacturer you have a 1 to 3 Year Warranty on your products. All warranties must be registered with the manufacturer on their website when you purchase the items.
