Delivery 

CASO Standard Kerbside Delivery Information 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

 

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@chilledsolution.com so that we can help.

 

Where Do we Deliver?

At Chilled Solution we offer free delivery on all of our products over £500 which are  shipped to the UK mainlands.

There may be some additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

If your address is outside of the UK mainland please contact us at sales@chilledsolution.com or call us on 03330507430 for a delivery quote.

For items shipped to the EU please get in touch with us at sales@chilledsolution.com to get a delivery quote. 

For any other orders shipping costs will be calculated by size, weight and destination.

     

    Kerbside Delivery:

    Kerbside delivery means the items that you purchased will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the goods onto a safe and secure.kerbside location.

     

    On The Day Of Delivery:

    Our courier partner will aim to deliver your items between 9am and 5pm. The driver will also call you prior to arrival. 

     

    Please Inform Us About Delivery Obstruction:

    It is important to let us know any obstructions or additional instructions that may restrict us  delivering to you (for example, tight lanes, restricted access) You can do this by writing in the delivery notes section at checkout or via email sales@chilledsolution.com. On the rare occasion the delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues and Chilled Solution hasn't been made aware of them, additional charges will be incurred.

     

    Damages and Issues:

    We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery for damage or incorrect items. Please take the item out of it's packaging (do not only inspect the packaging). We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@chilledsolution.com so that we can make this right or open an insurance claim on your behalf.

     

    Signing For the Items:

    PLEASE NOTE: It is very important to understand that once the items are signed for we cannot be held responsible for any damaged items. You (the buyer) is required to prove to us the damage was there before delivery, we will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the delivery paperwork.


    Regarding Re-delivery:

    If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the coruier will take the goods back and try re-delivery your items at a later date. If you refuse reception in order to have the items delivered at another time without an agreement with Chilled Solution on this, this is also considered a re-delivery. The price for a re-delivery is £100 + VAT.


    Cancellations & Refunds:

    Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

    Chilled Solution will only accept cancellations as listed bellow:

    • If the Buyer cancels after goods have been dispatched, we will levy our costs from the refund. Please note this can be as much as 50% of the product value.
    • If the goods have been used and installed by the Buyer or his Agent then the goods will be deemed non-returnable and the order cannot be cancelled.
    • Delivery costs will apply for the collection of the appliance, these will be calculated at the time depending on weight and location.

     

    2 Person Carry in Service Available:

    We offer a carry in service for all CASO products for an additional £85 - £110 depending on the product weight/size and the area. You can add this service at checkout at the shipping section.

    Please take the time to look at the product specification before purchasing. This is to make sure the correct carry in service is added for the correct weight/size product you wish to purchase.

    Note: It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure your ordering the correct carry in service for the correct product weights and sizes. So please take your time to get this right.

    The product weights are found on the product page under the specification section in (kg).

    Please contact us for a 2 person carry in service if you are outside of the UK mainlands.


    • Undercounter up to 85kg = £85
    • Tall/Combi's up to 120kg = £95
    • XL Combi's up to 135kg = £110

       

      Product Warranty:

      Dependent on the Manufacturer you have a 1 to 2 Year Warranty on your products. All warranties must be registered with the manufacturer on their website when you purchase the items.

      • Due to an increase in demand, the current pandemic and lack of delivery drivers has significantly contributed to a global shipping crisis.       Most of our delivery delays are due to oversea shipping to the United Kingdom. When delays occur this is simply out of our hands at this point but we will always be honest with you and keep you updated at all times about your order.       Products that are listed in stock in the UK can be dispatched for immediate shipment. You will likely receive your order the next working day if you order before 3pm.
